If my memory serves me well, you also installed Razer Synapse at the same time as your Razer mouse. If not, go to the official Razer Synapse website and download it. Because the web page changes to a new version, it is advisable to search for Razer Synapse.

Let’s start with Performance. Select Polling Rate from the Performance tab. Normally, the polling rate should be 500. Set the Polling Rate to 500 if this is not the case.

Open the Calibration tab now. Check to see whether Enable Surface Calibration is turned on, and if it isn’t, turn it on. You don’t have to calibrate the mousepad with Razer mousepads. Because I do not own a Razer Mousepad, I choose for Others. Follow the on-screen instructions (Drag your mouse over the mousepad).
Another option is the Liftoff Range (Not marked in the screenshot). For me, this step fixed the lift off freezes with the Razer mouse. This may be adjusted to ten right away.
